Harry Belafonte's fight with the estate of Martin Luther King Jr. is going to court. In a lawsuit filed Tuesday in New York, the 86-year-old actor-activist claims the estate has blocked him from auctioning off three documents he owns: Notes for a speech found in MLK's suit pocket after he was assassinated; an outline of King's Vietnam War speech, which he drafted at Belafonte's home; and a condolence note from President Johnson to Coretta King, reports the AP.
